My sister’s Ex emptied her account after the divorce when he found out that she forgot to remove him as an authorized signer on her accounts.Believe me he left her bankrupt .Nobody should dare make the mistake as she is still struggling with it till now.This is really good and should serve as a warning to those in divorce process.

Yes really this things should be put in the checklist after divorce.Because once the divorce is final.People tend get relieved.After all no more papers to file or documents to complete. Well like you said, not quite. Even after the judgment is entered, there are important steps that needs to be taken to make sure everything really comes to effect .This is quite the same advise any attorney will give.
